Edward
P. Caine, CPA, MBA has over 35 years experience in management and accounting with a specialization in serving some
of the largest non-profits in the region. This experience includes profit and non-profit organizations (start-up, turnaround,
and mature situations), restaurants, partnerships, trusts and individuals. He has expertise in Financial and Strategic Planning,
Forecasting, Financial Control implementation, Financial Statement preparation and analysis, Business Planning, Risk Assessment
and management, Information Technology, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) implementation, and Tax Planning and Tax Preparation including
990, 1120c, 1120s, 1065, and 1040 experience. He
began his career in public accounting gaining expertise over 8 years in Consulting, Audit, and Tax working in the small business
groups at both Arthur Andersen & Co and Deloitte & Touche. Ed is
listed in Marquis Who's Who in America and has served on numerous boards. He was recently elected by his
peers as the National Recording Secretary for the NationalConference of CPA Practitioners (ncCPAp). He is a Past
President of both The Temple University School of Business and Management Alumni Association and The PICPA Statewide
Committee for Business, Government, and Education. In 1997-98, he was appointed to serve on President Clinton's Roundtable
on Race Relations.
